MARCH MARKET UPDATE 2024

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in March 2024 was $2,107,667 down 3.5% from $2,185,236 in 2023. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $847,233 in March 2024, down 8% from $920,907 in 2023. There were 68 sales in March 2024 compared to 86 sales in March 2023.
