AUGUST MARKET UPDATE 2024
/According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in August 2024 was $2,068,545 up 2.4% from $2,020,174 in 2023. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,063,868 in August 2024, up .8% from $1,055,408 in 2023. There were 58 sales & 113 new listings in August 2024 compared to 62 sales & 119 new listings in 2023.
