According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board the average selling price for a resale property in Oakville in September 2019 was $1,242,079 compared to $1,156,500 in September 2018. The number of residential sales for the month was 160 compared to 176 last year.  The average days on market was 61.  The average sale price year to date in 2019 is $1,139,895 which is up 2.61% from last year.
