APRIL/MAY MARKET UPDATE 2024

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in May 2024 was $1,983,652 down 5.2% from $2,093,306 in 2023. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $979,842 in May 2024, down 7.3% from $1,056,711 in 2023. There were 60 sales & 170 new listings in May 2024 compared to 101 sales & 141 new listings in May 2023.
